Technocentric is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist, providing software, implementation and professional services to Small and Medium Enterprises. Technocentric have partnered with SugarCRM to deliver solutions based upon both Open Source (SugarCRM Open Source) and Commercial Open Source (SugarCRM Professional & SugarCRM Enterprise) technologies.

Technocentric has a simple message: “CRM is not about minimising costs, it's about clear, accessible, Customer and Supplier Intelligence”. This is achieved through basic maxims of delivering systems which communicate with people, integrate with systems and provide mobility of data.

Communication of information around the user’s organisation is essential for rapid and effective response to customer and supplier situations. Integration with other systems, particularly those in the back office, prevents wasteful duplication caused by the well-known “islands of information” syndrome. Over 50% of Technocentric’s SugarCRM implementations include remote and mobile users, meeting the ever-increasing demand by managers, sales and support staff who are regularly on the road, for up-to-date customer and supplier information.

The company was formed in 2006 (prior to this we operated as a team within a larger company) as a specialist CRM house and has developed considerable expertise.

Our clients range from SMEs with fewer than 10 employees, to divisions of multi-national corporations. With SMEs as the primary target, installations are typically in the 10 to 50 seat range, although some sites have as few as 3 seats, while others have over 100. Technocentric clients operate in markets as diverse as manufacturing, professional services, IT services, vehicle components, medical equipment and wallpaper.
